Code of Conduct: What We Expect

  • Professionalism: We expect you to act professionally at all times when representing RB HealthCare Solutions.

  • Communication: This is your obligation. If we reach out, we expect a timely reply. You must keep us informed of any changes in the hiring process, such as accepting other offers or illness-related cancellations.

  • Loyalty: Your responsibility and loyalty remain with RB HealthCare Solutions until you are hired for a permanent position.

  • Direct Booking Rule: All shifts and permanent hires must be booked through RB HealthCare Solutions. Accepting a position directly from an office without notifying us is considered a breach of contract.

  • Confidentiality: All information regarding offices and placements must be kept strictly confidential.

Temp Staff Policies/Payment

  • Arrive 15 minutes(ONLY GET PAID FOR 15 MINS BEFORE AND AFTER) before the first patient scheduled, someone in the office will give you small office tour and show where everything is. All app shifts are posted with arrival time not patient time.

  • Do not leave your instruments dirty in the sterilization area, some offices might have floater to help but you are responsible to do your own instruments.

  • Make sure you write your chart notes for all patients, don’t wait until end of the shift to write notes for the entire shift.

  • You will be paid for downtime/cancellations, but it must be utilized properly for example to stock up the room or ask other staff member if you can help with anything. You WILL NOT be paid if you spend that time doing your own personal things or using the phone.

You are not paid if your last patient cancels.

  • If you are scheduled for full shift and your day falls apart while you are at your shift, you will be paid minimum of 6 hours depending on the length of the shift. If your original shift is 10 or more hours and your last one or two patients cancel, you will get paid for 8 hours. If you travel 1.5-2 hrs to the shift then rules are different and will be discussed if situation arises.

  • Phones must not be used during working hours in the ops unless it is an emergency.

  • If you are not sure of anything, please ask the clinical staff/office manager or message me.

  • You will be paid for 15 minutes after you finish with your last patient to write the notes and clean and set up the op. Please make sure you clean the op end of the day.

  • Please don’t wear strong perfume as most of the offices are scent free.

No food or drinks allowed in the op.

  • Please provide proper invoice (no sticky notes or on piece of paper) to the office at the end of the shift with all the details on it. If you don't get paid by the specific day mentioned, please contact me.

  • Payments will be paid within 1-3 days for all the offices which are paid by me(RBHCS) unless it is specified otherwise, paid via direct deposit.

If you have 2-3 shifts booked back to back then you will be paid together for those days in one payment.

Invoices must be submittted by 9 pm during weekedays(monday to thursday) For any shift done Friday to Sunday, payment will me on Monday or Tuesday and invoices must be submitted by 7pm on your shift day. Payment will be delayed by a day if there is stat holiday,
payment will be on the following day.

When submitting invoices on the app or via text for payment, please make sure they are complete including calculations as mentioned in the box. Incomplete or incorrect invoices won't be paid.

  • If office needs temp staff for other day(s) and you are available on that day, you can take the shift but inform me so I can schedule you on the app and advise the office to inform me directly as well or you can tell the office to contact me directly to book and you can inform me of your availability.
