Permanent Placement Positions
Part-time/Full-time/Contract Positions: Please contact for a quote.
Temporary Assignments
Rate per day: $65 + HST
Rate per day for multiple shifts (10+ in a month/office): $60+ HST
Privacy Policy
*The temporary staff will provide you with an invoice at the end of his/her shift with all the details. Candidates must be paid for a minimum of 6 hours if the original shift booked is 7 or more hours long, regardless of the cancellation, unless the original shift is less than 6 hours. If the original shift is less than 6 hours, the candidate must be paid for the full shift regardless of the cancellation. The candidate must be paid for the full shift if travel time is one or more hours; contact us for more details if needed. We recommend that temp staff be paid on the same day; please inform us at the time of registration if your office has a different payment policy.
*All shifts must be booked directly with RB HealthCare. If an office prefers specific staff and would like to book them back, the office must notify RB HealthCare Solutions after booking and confirming the shift directly with the temp staff.
**If you decide to hire one of our candidates for a permanent position, you are more than welcome to do so, but there is a finder’s fee. Please contact us to get a quote for the finder’s fee.
Payment Terms:
Invoices are issued by email and are due within 15 days upon receipt. A late fee will be charged on all late invoices.
Payment Options:
Visa, MasterCard Email transfer or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
